1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SAVERA's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. SAVERA provides restaurant automation technology including WhatsApp AI agents, mobile applications, and analytics services.

2. Service Description

SAVERA offers:

  • • WhatsApp AI automation for restaurant orders
  • • Custom branded mobile applications
  • • Real-time analytics and reporting
  • • POS system integrations
  • • Customer data management

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • • Provide accurate restaurant and business information
  • • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • • Not interfere with or disrupt the service
  • • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your customer data, order information, and business analytics. SAVERA will never sell your data to third parties. We use aggregated, anonymized data only for service improvement.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAVERA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 90 days before it is permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas.
